Delivery Times

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock).

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.
Customs and Duty
Please note that all shipments to some places in the world may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Damaged Goods

Delivery Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or the goods are damaged, or you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred by you. In all other circumstances where Neil MacLeod Prints & Enterprises Ltd. is not at fault, delivery costs will become your responsibility.

Cancelling an Item

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Exceptions are foodstuffs, beverages, and any item made specifically for you. To cancel a contract for non food and beverage items, please send your complaint in writing, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we are in receipt within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
